Are there any hidden fees?: No. The platform fee is a single per-school price — every module, unlimited users, no setup cost. The only other cost is standard payment processing on money you take through the shop or tuition, which goes straight to Stripe.
What are the Stripe processing fees?: When you collect money through the shop, lunch, or tuition, standard Stripe processing rates apply (typically around 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). Payouts land in your own connected account — we don't hold your money.
Do you charge per student?: No. One per-school price covers unlimited admins, staff, students, and families. Your bill doesn't grow as you enrol more students.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes, with one click — no penalty, no notice period. Your data stays available to export for 90 days after you cancel.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?: Talk to us. Reduced rates are available for registered non-profits and community schools.
