SchoolsNest is multi-tenant by design — every school is a separate tenant, behind its own login, with a full record of who did what.
Every school is a separate tenant. There's no shared table of families across schools — one school can never see another's students, payments, or messages.
Sign-in is handled by Clerk, an industry-standard identity provider. Admin accounts can require two-factor authentication, and sessions are scoped per school.
All payments run through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe, never to our servers, so your school's PCI surface stays with a payments company built for it. Payouts land in your own connected account.
Sensitive actions — role changes, refunds, record access — are logged with who, what, and when, so there's always an answer to “who changed this?”
The platform runs on Cloudflare's global network with encryption in transit. Fast everywhere, resilient by default, no server room to secure.
