The deal, in plain language.

SchoolsNestprovides software for schools to run a website, shop, lunch ordering, tuition, lessons, and communications. We host it on Cloudflare and keep it running as described on this site. We may add, change, or retire features as the platform grows; we won't remove something you depend on without reasonable notice.

• You're responsible for your account, your admins, and the accuracy of what your school publishes and stores.
• Don't use the platform to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to access another school's data. Each school is isolated; probing that boundary ends the relationship.
• Keep sign-in credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication for admin accounts where offered.

Subscription and transaction payments are handled by Stripe; card details never touch our servers. Your subscription runs until you cancel; fees are described on the pricing page. Money your school collects (shop, lunch, tuition) is paid out to your own connected Stripe account, minus the disclosed processing and platform fees.

Your school owns the content and records it creates. We process them on your behalf to run the service, as described in our privacy page. You can export your data, and you can delete user records from your dashboard. We don't sell your data or use it to advertise.

We work hard to keep the platform available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties we can't honestly make. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the period the issue arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
